One year warranty on all electronic parts. Lifetime warranty on chair mechanism. Vibroluxe will replace any defective electronic parts for one year after purchase. Customer will be responsible for shipping fees. Normal wear and tear and misuse are not covered by warranty. Upholstery is not covered by warranty.

Use of Vibroluxe products, including any modifications thereto, is beyond our control and is therefore the sole responsibility of the user and/or dealer. Vibroluxe product use instructions are based solely on experience with its products and we strongly recommend thorough inspection and testing of the product prior to actual use. Use of this product is at your own risk, and by using this product, the user agrees Vibroluxe is not liable for any damage or losses associated with using this product.
This product is sold as is, without any warranty other than what is expressed above. Vibroluxe shall not have any responsibility for consequential damages, damages to property, damages for loss of use, loss of time, loss of profits, or income, or any other incidental damages with respect to any defect or malfunction or unfitness or other deficiency of this product. By using the product, the user acknowledges reading, understanding, and accepting all of the provisions of this warranty disclaimer.
This product is not a medical device, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. The following is a non-exclusive list of persons who should not use the product: Patients under any type of medical treatment that do not feel well, pregnant women, people with heart disease, osteoporosis patients, people with a heart pacemaker or other medical electronic instrument implant, people who are sensitive to vibration and exertion.
